Returns and exchanges-
All purchases can be returned or exchanged within 21 days. (Purchases made between November 25th and December 25th 2009 can be returned through January 31, 2010) Skates,
frames, wheels, etc. can not be worn or used in any way if you need to
return or exchange them. Absolutely no used or worn products can be returned or exchanged and return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Any free items (i.e. DVD) that are opened make
the sale final with no returns accepted. Return shipping costs from
customer to eRolling is customer's responsibility. Shipping for exchange
items from eRolling to customer are customer's responsibility as well. All returns must be called in 1-888-575-2837. The Free Shipping over $89 promotional credit is lost if returnable items bring the order total under $89. The original shipping cost will be applied and deducted from your credit if the order total drops under $89.
Shipping-
Orders placed before 3 p.m. (Central Standard Time) on in-stock items will ship the same business day (*US Mail shipments take 1 extra business day to ship*).
All orders over $89 receive free shipping (Continental 48 states). UPS ground shipments usually take 1-4 business days.
We ship UPS Ground, UPS Air Services, and U.S. Mail Priority Mail.
We are glad to ship international orders to most destinations.
