The Nimh boot was hand designed by Brian Shima to meet his high standards. This skate was designed from the ground up for professional level skating. All excess toe material was cut out of the boot to allow your feet to breathe more and reduce toe pain from gaps and skating. Nimh is also introducing for the first time, the free groove system. The royale/backslide groove on this skate is open so you can mold the groove to the way you skate. You just skate a semi-rough ledge for a few hours and groove the skate how you like. Put simply, a skate should adapt to the way you skate, not the other way around.
