Rollerblade Point 8 Skates $229.00    Item # 1844 Rollerblade Point 8 Skates Boot RB changed the materials to improve the durability and performance of the TRS line. By using specific materials in the cuff and shell, chosen by the skaters who use them, they have found the perfect balance of flexibility and support. In addition, RB modified the previous shell to better improve the overall fit which allows the skate to provide comfort and protection where it is needed. Cuffs New cuff design to protect the buckle. Simple, but effective and appreciated. Enhanced material that is not too stiff, not too flexible. "Switch" Frame In cooperation with DuPont, RB is using materials like Zytel, and Delrin + Kevlar to extend the life of the frames. With the new changes the frames will be tougher and slide faster. The SWITCH frame made of Delrin/Kevlar is a unique introduction because it ushers in a new way of aggressive skating. By using 72mm wheels they are providing the necessary tools to go faster, get more air, and have a frame that can be setup with four different wheel configurations. So whatever mood hits, the skates can be set up with the right wheels out of the box to accommodate the riders. (Please note that the skate comes with 72mm and 56mm attached, the extra 56mm and anti-rockers are included in the box) Liners Specialized fit liners provide excellent comfort and support and are anatomically designed with dual-density foams for superior comfort. The Point 8 liner comes with an extra shock absorber in the foot bed.
